Wecall
A click-to-call customer engagement platform. This was Polygon’s first product built as a SaaS model.
Brief
The value proposition of Wecall was to connect a customer with an operator from a business website. The customer would receive a free phone call and connect with an operator through the website thus bringing a seamless experience for both and also a way to bring more leads into the business.
Responsabilities
My role as a product designer was to synthesize all the requirements from the business and create design deliverables for our engineers.
Main activities
Competitive analysis, heuristic reviews, information architecture, process flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, usability tests and brand creation.
